In order to achieve the main objective, the Agency carries out the following main activities:

• organizing and carrying out works on support and development of information and digital technologies in the sphere of culture;
• ensuring the creation, development (modernization), commissioning, implementation, operation, support and decommissioning of information systems and resources in the field of informatics and digitalization of culture, as well as providing software, Engineering and telecommunications infrastructure, including cloud-based;
• consulting, scientific and methodological, research, scientific-analytical and other types of work in the field of informatization and digitalization of culture and related fields within the implementation of social support measures for young people;
• preparation of proposals for regulatory, organizational, technical, expertanalytical and informational support for the creation and implementation of projects and programs in the field of informatization and digitalization of culture and related fields within the framework of social support measures for youth;
• participation in the improvement of functional architecture, development and operation of the platform «pro.cultura.ru» in terms of ensuring the implementation of social support measures for young people, including within the framework of the project «Pushkin Card»;
• Providing information, analysis and design of programs and projects for the implementation of social support measures for young people, including the project «Pushkin Card»;
• participation in Russian, international events and programs on the application of information and digital technologies in the cultural sector;
• organizing and carrying out cultural activities, including seminars, conferences, exhibitions and other public events aimed at implementing measures to increase the accessibility of cultural organizations;
• processing and analysis of economic, statistical and other data in the field of informatization and digitalization in the sphere of culture, preparation of analytical reviews, reports and other information materials;
• carrying out monitoring of mass media (including electronic) in the field of informatization and digitalization of culture in the sphere of culture;
• carrying out the functions of a client for creation, support, modernization and maintenance of information and digital technologies in the sphere of culture;
• creation of intellectual property objects, as well as acquisition of intellectual property objects, rights (licenses) to software products and technological solutions.
